Job Description:

Shadow American practicing Doctor.

Virtually participate with all in-patients the doctor examines daily.

Document clinical notes in the EMR.

Complete the Medical Record of each patient when appropriate and document clinical findings.

Ensure that comprehensive documentation is done with high quality without missing important details which need to be captured in the EMR.

Ensure comprehensive, accurate and concise medical records are maintained for patients.

Keep abreast of new developments, skills, technology, and current literature in order to initiate and respond to changes in the work environment.

Required Skills:

Should have experience handling clinical report on hospital setting.

Should be open to go through a short training to get to know the process.

Good communication skill.

Good written skill.

Detail oriented.

1 interview/ week.

Should be open to work in night shift 5 days a week.
